So Sorry!

To tell you all the truth, I had no idea I was going to get as busy as I did when I started this blog. I guess starting a diet or a no diet plan during the holidays is not such a good idea, but hey, I've never claimed to be smart.

Anyhow, I did continue the healthy habits that I started during the holidays, I just didn't move on to any of the new ones. I ate breakfast every day, which is the only healthy change I made :) I did maintain and not gain (per Jitterbug) during the holidays which makes me very happy!

This week I started a new exercise program I am really liking it. I have gotten up every morning this week at 5 a.m and trekked to the gym and did my workout. I can tell you that I really, really wanted to stay in the bed but I didn't. I kept thinking that I really want to be thinner and that was worth more than an extra hour of sleep. Also, I can tell that my mood has been better

Yippee...you updated! Have you checked out my 2nd blog? I was getting up and going to the gym at 5:00 a.m. and still will be...but Big K has been out of town on business this week so it hasn't been possible. Tomorrow will be a month and I have lost 11 pounds..yippee...I did it through Christmas, my Mother-in-law passing away, and New Years...I am pretty proud that I lost weight at such a stressful time...normally I would have given up! Anyway...good luck to you!
