Shopping

I've been doing a lot of shopping lately! Mainly because I needed new clothes and partly because there have been some great deals lately, look!

I've been wanting a Vera Bradley duffel or satchel for some time but couldn't make my mind up as to which pattern or style. Last Saturday I went to a local boutique and found out that certain Vera styles as well as patterns were being retired so they were 25% off! So, I got the above satchel in the pinwheel pink (gotta love the pink and green) even though its a new pattern, the satchel style is being retired. And I got the Tote in the Mod Pink Floral (New pattern in 07) because the Tote style is being retired. So I got both items for what I would have paid for one! You can go to the Vera website to see which patterns and styles are on sale! The satchel will be perfect to take to my upcoming Junior League board retreat!

I got these Lilly Pulitzer shorts at T. J. Maxx.

I snapped up these Lilly Pulitzer pajama pants at T.J. Maxx! Too Cute!

Cute shoes from J.Crew. I've got an awful lot of hot pink in my wardrobe!

I am in love with these shorts from J.Crew! They are the 5 inch chino but they come in longer sizes if you need them. I now own the ones you see in the pic plus a pair of khaki, lemon yellow and plain white! psst...they are on sale this week too!

I ordered this top from J.Crew. I had been admiring it on the website for some time and when it went on sale I had to snatch it!

I know I orginally said that I wanted the blue "rope" tote from "Whim" by Cynthia Rowley at Target, but when I got there I couldn't resist this one. Psst...they are on sale for $7.99 this week!

I had been looking at these Herve Chapelier bags online for sometime but couldn't decide on the color. While at T.J. Maxx the other day I spied this one on the clearance rack for a mear $29! I was seriously about to pay $115 for one! So the color was already decided for be but I don't care I really like it!

Just found your blog through Tickled Pink and Green. Sounds like you've got the TJ Maxx/Marshall's bug, too. Wanted to let you know that I bought two Herve Chapelier bags on eBay for a song. They look great to me and I get tons of compliments.

Welcome Maddie! I've had the T.J. Maxx bug for some time, but lately it seems the deals are better than ever! I'll have to look on Ebay for Herve bags!

JKW, Herve Chapelier bags are really sturdy french made handbags. They are great when you have kids because they are so sturdy. They are normally around $100 but you can sometimes find them at T.J. Maxx or on Ebay. On Their website they have tiny flags up on the top left hand side for what country you want the language to be in. Just click on the US flag and it will change to English.

I LOVE the J Crew shorts. I have about 6 pair. They are worth the price, but I do like the ones you got! I have some that are orange with blue seashells from last year. If you can ever get to a J Crew outlet you will fall in love! :)

Hey NMB, I got them at Old Navy just a few weeks ago. But I have to tell you that I also saw some at Kohl's (if you have one nearby) and Dillard's.

How's Country?

I bought the pj pants at TJ Maxx recently --love.
I also went to the local vera Bradley store in my area and I too found too many things that I would love to purchase. I found a tote I just had to go home with--much to hubby's dismay.
