45 minutes on the elliptical
Upper Body (3 sets of 10)
-brench press
-tricep pulldowns
-cable rows
-incline butterflies
-walking lunges with weights
-squats with weights
*feelin' it today! Yay!
Thursday Workout:
Run 7 miles (1st mile...bleh...last 6 miles...yay) Pace unknown: watch stopped at 1.5 miles
