What the Heck?

I don't know what I am doing right all of a sudden but if I could figure it out, I would let you know! 16 pounds are gone! Maybe it was that week in SF where I ate whatever I wanted and threw caution to the wind? Who knows! Bathing suit season is so close. I can see the pool from the treadmill at the country club and they've been getting it ready. Will I be at my goal? Well, nevermind if I'm not! I feel so much better about myself than I did this time last year! I've lost 16 pounds, and finished a 5k!

I hope you all have an awesome weekend!

Hey..did you run outside before you ran your 5k..and what speed are you running on the treadmill...when you posted about your time for your 5k I wasn't really paying attention...but girl that was a GREAT time!!!!! I am going to run a race..but I have got to get back to running first..ugh..between me and my female issues..Ken working ALL the time and sick kids it has been crazy around here!!!

I usually run outside on Saturday mornings. I don't like to run in my neighborhood during the week because there is a lot of construction going on and those workers get out there at like 5 am which is when I have to run during the week. On the treadmill I am running at 6.0. That is a comfortable speed for me. Sometimes I speed it up for a few minutes and then go back down to 6. I try to challenge myself to run a little faster for a little longer everytime I go.

Ok...I need to get my booty up and back in the gym at 5...it is just so hard..I can't seem to go to bed before midnight...excuses..excuses..I know..but it is true. I am full of questions today...but do you have a monitor of some sort to monitor your speed outside? Just asking because I am trying to decide on one to buy.

Nope. I just have my heartrate monitor watch thingy. I just keep up with the time on it. Why are we talking on our blogs? We should just call each other!

Why don't you visit http://guaranteedweightloss.blogxit.com/ and check it out the real MCcoy to gauranteed weightloss. This is the real deal and it will definitely work if you follow the instructions.

First of all Rich, who are you? Second of all I don't want a scam or a diet. If you had truly read my blog you would see that I am doing this the healthy way, not depriving or starving myself and I eat chocolate and ice cream. So, sorry you came knocking on the wrong door here.

You are doing awesome! It is clear to see by reading your blog that you are doing it the right way -- not by some fad or "scam" diet. Keep up the great work! You, too, JKW :)
