Where have you been?

Oh, okay, so I guess the real question is, Where have I been? Well, we had VBS all week at church! It was fun, but boy am I one tired girl! I promise to get on here soon and let you all know what I've been up to this week! I've got new kicks, am reading a great book and a new nickname! Ha!

But right now the kids want to go to the pool and I'm thinking that's not such a bad idea!

Come back...we miss you!
Thanks for answering the recipe question! It was one of the few times I actually read the recipe before starting to make something. Usually, I would have already started mixing things and been like "milk...oh crap...how much milk?" and then I would have had to guess and ruin it! I'm making the cake tomorrow for a work thing. I'll let you know how it turns out!

I'm sure the cake disaster was my fault-I was having a rough weekend! My oven has always been a little too hot so I thought taking it out at 30 minutes would be fine. I did just buy a new bundt cake pan I've never used so maybe that had something to do with it! Well, at least I'll know next time, and it was just for work people (I always use them as my guinea pigs!). It still tasted really good so people did eat it! Thanks again for the recipe. I'll try to do better next time :)!

We will be in your neck of the woods July 25-July 26. Maybe we can get together.

Dude, come back! And leave comments!
What have you been up too?
Oh and I flipped through some Meg Cabot books at the library this last week when I was there, and I remember now that I didn't like that she wrote in email form. But that's just me.
I am currently reading Good Harbor by Anita Diamenti (sp?) same gal that wrote The Red Tent...so far so good.
