I bought a new running skirt (well skort..it has shorts underneath) and it kept sliding down my hips and the shorts part kept riding up my legs so I was pulling at them my whole run..ugh. I am doing 5 min warmup..5 minute run and then 2 minute walk and alternating it...sounds like we are doing about the same thing. I don't like how broken up some of the weeks are either. I'm not sure if I am ready to run 20 minutes straight either!
